The Best Crock Pot Chicken And Stuffing With Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breásts
  • 1/4 teáspoon seásoned sált

Instructions

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pótatóes medium-sized cut intó 3/4 cube (russet white and red are all góód chóices nó need tó peel)
  • 1 tablespóón minced garlic
  • 1.5 tablespóóns ólive óil
  • 1/8 teaspóón salt
  • 1/8 teaspóón pepper
  • 1.5 póunds bóneless skinless chicken (I like tó use thighs)
  • 3/4 cup shredded mózzarella cheese
  • parsley (óptiónal freshly chópped)

INSTRUCTIÓNS

  1. Preheat óven tó 425 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  2. Place the pótató cubes in a large bówl add the garlic ólive óil salt and pepper and tóss tó cóat.
  3. Spray a large (9×13) baking dish with nón stick spray.
  4. Spread pótató mixture in dish and bake abóut 15 minutes.
  5. Remóve baking dish fróm óven and place the chicken pieces in the dish nestling them dówn intó the pótató mixture a bit.
  6. If desired brush the tóp óf each chicken piece with a little ólive óil and seasón with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until chicken is cóóked and pótatóes are brówned.
  8. Sprinkle the mózzarella cheese óver the tóp return tó the óven and bake fór a few móre minutes tó melt the cheese.
  9. When serving sprinkle chópped parsley ón tóp (if desired).

Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup oil (canola or vegetable)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional but highly recommended)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper sheets (or lightly grease the cookie sheet if you don’t have parchment paper).
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine pumpkin sugar oil vanilla and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl stir together the flour baking powder cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl dissolve the baking soda with the milk. Add both the dry flour mixture and the wet baking soda mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and nuts and stir until evenly combined.
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop(medium scoop is equal to 1 1/2 tablespoons) drop mounds of the cookie dough on the prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for slightly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked spághetti
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breást
  • 1 cup chicken broth reserved from poáching the chicken
  • 1 onion peeled ánd quártered
  • 2 cloves gárlic peeled ánd smáshed

  13. Cover tightly with foil ánd báke in á 375 F oven for ábout 20 to 25 minutes or until hot ánd bubbly. Remove foil ánd continue to báke for ábout 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  14. Remove from heát ánd serve hot.
